Transparency Report
Privacy by Design,
Not by Promise
We believe digital privacy should be verifiable, not assumed. This page documents exactly how Secybers VPN protects your data β technically, architecturally, and operationally.
Technical Architecture
Every design decision in Secybers VPN is made to minimize data exposure and maximize user privacy.
OpenVPN Protocol
All connections are secured with the OpenVPN protocol using AES-256-GCM encryption β the same standard trusted by governments and security agencies worldwide.
AES-256-GCMRAM-Only Servers
All VPN servers operate in RAM-disk mode. No data is ever written to persistent storage. When a server restarts, all session data is permanently erased.
diskless infrastructurePrivate DNS Resolution
DNS queries are handled by our self-hosted Blocky DNS servers with Cloudflare DoH as a secure fallback. Your DNS requests never touch unencrypted third-party resolvers.
Blocky + Cloudflare DoHDNS-Level Ad Blocking
Known advertising domains, trackers, and fingerprinting scripts are blocked at the DNS level across all servers β before they ever reach your device.
network-level filteringNo Third-Party Analytics
We do not embed Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or any third-party tracking SDK in our applications. Zero behavioral profiling, zero data brokerage.
zero tracking SDKsNo Registration Required
You can connect to Secybers VPN without creating an account. No email, no phone number, no personal identifiers are required to use the service.
anonymous usageWhat We Don't Collect
Our no-logs policy is not a marketing claim β it is an architectural decision. RAM-only servers make persistent logging technically impossible.

Global Infrastructure
Secybers VPN operates RAM-only servers across 10 countries. All servers run identical privacy configurations.
How Payments Work
Subscription management is handled through Apple App Store and Google Play Store via RevenueCat. We never see, store, or process your payment information directly.
Payment data stays with Apple & Google
All transactions are processed by the respective app store. Your credit card details, billing address, and payment history are never shared with Secybers.
RevenueCat handles entitlements only
RevenueCat is used solely to verify active subscription status. It receives an anonymous subscriber ID β no personal data, no browsing data, no IP addresses.
No email required
Unlike most VPN providers, we do not require email registration. Your subscription is tied to your app store account, not to any personal identifier we control.
Our Privacy Pledge
These are binding commitments we make to every Secybers user, enforceable through the technical architecture described above.
We will never sell user data
We do not collect user data, so there is nothing to sell. This is not a policy β it is an architectural guarantee.
We will never inject ads into VPN traffic
Your VPN tunnel is sacred. We will never modify, inspect, or inject content into your encrypted traffic.
We will never share data with third parties
No government, advertiser, or partner receives any data from Secybers β because we have no data to share.
We will publish any warranted transparency updates
If we ever receive a legal request for user data, we will publicly disclose it here (to the extent permitted by law). To date, we have received zero requests.
We are working toward open source
We are preparing to open-source our VPN client connection layer so that our privacy claims can be independently verified by anyone.
Legal Requests Received: 0
As of the date below, Secybers has not received any National Security Letters, FISA orders, or any other classified request for user information. We have not been required to provide encryption keys or back-door access to our servers.
