Secybers VPN provides encrypted tunneling services to enhance user privacy and online security. We operate under a strict no-log policy:

• No user data is ever stored, including IP addresses.
• No browsing history, traffic data, DNS queries, or connection content is recorded.
• User activity is never monitored, tracked, or stored.
• All session data is processed exclusively in RAM (memory-based processing) and is never written to disk. Once a session ends, all related data is automatically erased.

This ensures that our users' online activities remain completely anonymous and free from any form of persistent logging.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Secybers VPN for:

• Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, identity theft, phishing, or distribution of malware.
• Uploading, downloading, or sharing copyrighted material without authorization.
• Sending spam, harassment, or abusive communications.
• Attempting to disrupt, damage, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
• Using the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

4. Responsibility for User Conduct

Secybers LLC provides a neutral, privacy-focused service. We do not monitor or control user activity. Users are solely responsible for their own actions while using the Service.

• Secybers LLC cannot be held liable for any illegal activities carried out by users.
• Because no user data, IP addresses, or logs are stored, we have no technical means to provide third parties with records of user activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Secybers LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Secybers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
