PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: January 2026

Secybers VPN & Security Lab LLC (“Secybers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its users. Privacy is not a marketing statement for Secybers VPN; it is a fundamental part of our system architecture. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is handled, and how our infrastructure is designed to ensure that user activity cannot be tracked, logged, or linked to any individual.

By using Secybers VPN, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Core Privacy Principle

Secybers VPN operates under a strict no-logs, no-identity, and no-tracking model. Our system is designed so that we do not know who you are, we cannot see what you do online, and we cannot link any activity to any person or device. This is achieved through technical and architectural design rather than policy alone.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Secybers VPN does not collect, store, or process any of the following information:

  • Browsing history
  • DNS queries
  • Traffic content
  • Source or destination IP addresses
  • Connection timestamps
  • Session identifiers
  • Bandwidth usage
  • Device identifiers or fingerprints
  • Account credentials
  • Location data
  • Personal identification data

We do not maintain activity logs or metadata of any kind.

3. No User Accounts Required

Secybers VPN does not require user registration. You are not required to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personal information in order to use the service. The application is designed to operate without any form of user identity.

4. RAM-Based Server Architecture

All Secybers VPN servers operate exclusively on volatile memory (RAM-only). No data is written to hard drives or persistent storage. When a server is powered off, restarted, or reset, all data is automatically and permanently erased.

This design ensures that no historical data can ever be recovered, even in the event of physical seizure, intrusion, or legal request.

5. Technical Impossibility of Logging

Our infrastructure is engineered so that user activity cannot be logged, reconstructed, or associated with any individual. There is no system in place that can map a user, device, IP address, or session to online activity. Even Secybers, as the operator of the service, does not have the technical ability to view or trace user activity.

6. Third-Party Services

Secybers VPN does not use advertising SDKs, tracking tools, analytics systems that identify users, or third-party data collectors. We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize user data in any form.

7. Payments

If you purchase a Secybers VPN subscription, payment is processed by the platform provider (such as Apple or Google). Secybers does not receive or store your payment details, credit card information, billing address, or personal identity. We only receive confirmation that a subscription is active.

8. Legal Requests and Law Enforcement

Secybers VPN complies with valid legal orders issued under applicable United States law. However, due to our no-logs, no-identity, and RAM-only architecture, we do not possess user activity data, connection logs, or identifying information that could be provided to any authority.

9. Data Security

All traffic through Secybers VPN is protected by encryption and secure tunneling protocols. We use hardened infrastructure, modern cryptographic standards, and continuous security controls to protect the network against unauthorized access, surveillance, and abuse.

10. User Rights

Because Secybers VPN does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or export. Users are anonymous by design.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The latest version will always be made available through our official website and applications.
